There is no way to deny or ignore it, prices are on the rise. We see it every day as consumers in the grocery store, at the petrol station, and when paying the bills. Those of us who run businesses also see it in our daily operations. Raw materials are getting more expensive, and storage, transportation, and other aspects are affected as well. The unfortunate repercussion is, that the prices of sold goods and products increase as well. In such times, the ability to adjust is even more important than usual. Keeping processes efficient and accurate is critical.

If you are working with recurring transactions based on draft documents, and prices need to change, SAP Business One has your back. All you have to do is to make sure your price lists are up to date and select the ‘Prices Update’ checkbox for the relevant templates:

SAP Business One Recurring Transactions

When the ‘Prices Update’ checkbox is selected, the documents created via the confirmation of the recurring transactions will include the up-to-date prices in the respective price list. Note that this option is relevant for documents of item type and does not apply to service-type documents.

Available in Web Client for SAP Business One 10.0, and SAP Business One 10.0 version for SAP HANA. Please get in touch if you would like to upgrade to version 10.0.
