User-Defined Fields (UDFs) are one of the customisation and extensibility cornerstones. We can assume that almost every customer has UDFs in their SAP Business One environment. UDFs are part of document headers and rows, master data objects, and are used as selection criteria in various reports.

To enhance a seamless user experience and increase efficiency in SAP Business One, UDFs in Business Partner (BP) addresses are visible and their values can be updated if applicable:

BP address UDFs are now available in the Address Component window in marketing documents (as shown above). This can be found in Service Call > Business Partner tab, or in Address Formats > Setup window as well as in Business Partner Master Data > Addresses tab.

Available in Web Client for SAP Business One 10.0, and SAP Business One 10.0 version for SAP HANA. Please get in touch if you would like to upgrade to version 10.0.
