Salary: ZAR 60k to ZAR 80k per month basic, double OTE.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for lead nurturing and pipeline development.
  • Accountability for all marketing campaign execution within territory.
  • To attend weekly sales meetings & monthly one-to-one reviews with your line manager to outline activity to drive growth and achievement of targets.
  • For all assigned opportunities be accountable for the bid management process, including the scheduling of bid reviews and RFI/RFP completion in accordance with the G3G sales process.
  • Manage and update CRM.

  • Excellent written communication skills. 
  • Ability to understand and analyse complex requirements and problems.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Excellent verbal and inter-personal skills.
  • Proven track record selling ERP solutions SAP, Dynamics, Oracle.
  • Ability to effectively communicate at all levels both internally & externally.
  • Technical understanding of Business Applications and services on offer with a demonstrable record of selling these over a 3-5-year period.
  • Commercial understanding of complex sales.
  • Ability to deliver team leadership within a sales cycle.
Desirable skills:
  • Ability to mentor a junior team.
  • Knowledge of contemporary software delivery methodologies and practises.
