In SAP Business One there is a distinction between super users and regular users. Super users are granted full authorisations and can grant relevant authorisations to regular users, although some actions and data inputs can only be performed and accessed by super users. For example, a regular user can view only the drafts s/he created while super users can view the drafts created by all users.

Unfortunately, that doesn’t always fit the business’s needs. There might be a regular user who holds a senior position or role with extended responsibility that requires broader authorisations and access to additional data. To address this need, SAP Business One introduced new authorisations allowing regular users to view payment drafts created by other users too:

By default, these authorisations are set to ‘No Authorisation’. When set to ‘Full Authorisation’ the respective users can open the list of users in the ‘Payment Drafts Report’ and choose whether to view payment drafts of specific users or all users:
