It is quite common that businesses deliver products and services to their customers in one go. For example, when installing a new geyser, a plumber comes over, installs the geyser and provides suggestions for regular usage and maintenance. The plumber call-out fee is a non-inventory item that may be included in the delivery document.

By default, the Pick & Pack Manager is set to consider both inventory and non-inventory items. However, SAP Business One enables you to exclude non-inventory items from the Pick & Pack Manager should you wish:

When selected, all non-inventory items are excluded from appearing in the Pick and Pack Manager. When generating a pick list from within the context menu of an order, non-inventory items will not be copied to that pick list.

Available in SAP Business One 9.3, version for SAP HANA and SAP Business One 9.3.
