Prices that appear in sales or purchasing documents are usually the result of complex calculations and yet, customers may doubt the price of certain items or the prices given by a vendor may raise question marks on your side.

To put prices that appear in a given document in context, SAP Business One enables you to retrieve the “Last Prices Report” in one click:

You can generate this report from within purchase or sales documents – just press “CTRL + TAB” from within a price field, e.g. Unit Price, or choose the “Last Prices” option from the context menu.

The report lists the last 10 prices of the given item for the business partner in the document. You can change various parameters such as the documents to be covered, the number of last prices to be displayed, whether to consider special prices and much more.

Available in SAP Business One 9.3, version for SAP HANA and SAP Business One 9.3.
