Multiple studies in different areas, contexts, and populations show that routine is crucial. It establishes confidence, helps set expectations, and gives us a sense of control, especially when times are tough and uncertain.

Similar to our daily routine, combined of habits and repetitive actions, there is the business routine that consists of multiple actions performed on a regular basis: ordering goods, paying salaries, generating reports, etc.

For some of these tasks, you can define Recurring Transactions Templates to be executed according to the frequency of your choice. To provide more flexibility and address additional use cases SAP Business One introduces additional intervals:

Recurring Transactions

You can now add Recurring Transaction Templates to be executed every two weeks or two months. All the transactions derived from the recurring transactions templates in all intervals are listed in the “Confirmation of Recurring Transactions” window, waiting for your approval.

Available in SAP Business One 10.0, and SAP Business One 10.0 version for SAP HANA. Please get in touch if you would like to upgrade to version 10.0.
