The objective of the role is to drive profitable revenue growth in accordance with your targets. You will be responsible for building your own pipeline with new and existing clients. This will be achieved by supporting marketing & sales activity, proactively leading business development through the generation of new opportunities and leveraging close collaboration with SAP where appropriate.

Salary: £30-£35k basic; double OTE.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for lead nurturing and pipeline development with full ownership of the sales cycle, from initial cold call through to closing of the business opportunity.
  • Ownership for all marketing campaign execution within territory/sector.
  • Attend weekly sales meetings & monthly one-to-one reviews with your line manager to outline activity to drive growth and achievement of targets.
  • For all assigned opportunities be accountable for the bid management process, including the scheduling of bid reviews and RFI/RFP completion in accordance with the G3G sales process.
  • Manage and update CRM.
Essential skills:
  • Excellent communication, presentation and sales skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate at all levels both internally & externally.
  • Interested in IT and have an understanding of Business Applications.
  • Previous sales experience isn’t essential for this role but it is essential to be driven and passionate and have a natural desire to work in sales. 
Desirable skills:
  • B2B sales background, preference in SAP ERP solutions, Dynamics, Oracle or ideally have sold a technology solution.
