The first month of the year is over and for many businesses, financial year-end is just around the corner. Those of you who work with multiple company databases may find this period even more intense. Moving from one company database to the other, you need to ensure that you record the right data in the right place. And when working with multiple SAP Business One instances in parallel, each instance for a different company, things can get even more challenging.

To increase efficiency, reduce the risk of errors and uncertainty, SAP Business One displays the company name on the minimised instance on the task bar:

Task bar

Just hover over the SAP Business One icon on the task bar and the minimised instances are displayed showing the company name so that you can immediately identify on which company database you are working.

Available in Web Client for SAP Business One 10.0, and SAP Business One 10.0 version for SAP HANA. Please get in touch if you would like to upgrade to version 10.0.
