Exporting quotations, orders, invoices etc, to PDF is an extremely valuable function. It assists with having a consistent brand image and is perceived as a more professional document. It also reduces the risk of editing and/or reformatting. Many of us don’t even think about using any other format for transferring documents.
With the continued increase of PDF replacing soft and hard copies, and the ongoing adoption of the PDF as a valid form for official documents, SAP Business One has extended its PDF support to include additional documents to export as PDF:
In the Print Preferences window, you can define that when adding a deposit or payment document (incoming/outgoing). The added documents will automatically be exported as PDF. You can then use this PDF as needed – e.g., send by email, attach to the original document, etc.
Available in Web Client for SAP Business One 10.0, and SAP Business One 10.0 version for SAP HANA. Please get in touch if you would like to upgrade to version 10.0.
