Key Responsibilities
As a Junior ERP Software Consultant you will be given full training in a variety of software management tasks. Once proficient, you will be working on live projects – gaining hands on experience alongside G3G colleagues and our client’s teams. Your role will include performing system admin tasks, system upgrades and installing patches, as well as providing end user support and trouble shooting. This can be carried out by phone, remote links or on client site so skills in listening and articulating resolutions are essential.
Previous experience of ERP solutions is not essential but an enthusiasm to learn and progress is vital. A graduate with a degree in Business, Computer Science, or-related discipline.
