As a SAP Basis Support Consultant you will be working as part of an experienced team responsible for the day-to-day delivery of SAP support, enhancements and implementation projects to our customers. Your role is key in assessing the latest technologies available, recommending solutions to our customers in line with their business objectives. You will also be required to perform transition activities when required.

Possibly handling multiple pieces of work simultaneously, including patching, upgrades and new installations, you will be able to organise your time effectively on a daily and weekly basis, reporting and requesting assistance as required. As part of a wider team, you will prepare and contribute to the process design workshops, defining business process procedures and system configuration. You will also be involved in presenting and demonstrating the solution to the customer.
G3G offer our customers a 24/7 support service so you will need to be flexible in supporting the out of hours, on-call rota. You may also be required to work independently on client site and provide end-user training for product modules. The ideal candidate will be someone who wants to develop their understanding of the latest trends in SAP technology and has the drive to remain current in terms of development skills whilst maintaining the day-to-day operational support activities.
